Again, my name is Lane Campbell, many (if not all) of you have corresponded with me or met me in person. I probably installed your servers, switches and computers or sat down with you to build a website. I have maintained ownership of ZigZap.com since before ZigZap Technologies was formed, in 2004 I registered it because I liked the play on two common names. The first versions of the website were setup to host pictures and forms. When the company was dreamed up it consisted of four friends. All of that early team came together connected by a love of good beer and engineering great things for customers.
I am no longer part of ZigZap Technologies, neither is ZigZap.com or any emails that end in ZigZap.com which you may have been using up until now to speak with a member of the Arnold family. I operate a company called Syntress and over here we do things differently. We work with the very best and brightest engineers in the industry, our team holds many certifications with VMWare, Microsft, Cisco and other industry leaders. We don’t stop until we resolve customer technology issues and we always offer affordable solutions.
That love and passion for what I do is now embodied in Syntress. The name Syntress itself is a combination of both Synergy and Fortress so I call Syntress the Fortress of Synergy. Our experts strive to provide I.T. services with a strong and communicative approach for small to medium businesses. The strength of Syntress is in our can-do attitude and the knowledgeable team you interact with, the same team that is working diligently to produce results for our many happy customers. We follow our result oriented approach up with great communication and documentation, our customers often email me to tell us what a great experience it has been working with our team. We do this because we love our work and care about our customers.
Behind the scenes our web team works to build fantastic sites. Many of these are for small businesses, many of those are built with ready made templates/designs and content management tools to make the experience fast and affordable.
